      This is interesting. Love the concept but still think the use of "client" kind of sounds MORE transactional rather than less? But maybe that's the point. shifting the dynamic from patient "works for" the doctor and rather the doctor "works for" the patient and the whole "the customer is always right" framing that's built in there with that power shift. Overall love his approach but still thrown on the semantics....hm...
