I agree with David. It’s like the old saying, you can’t fix a problem with the same brain that created it. Or, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. In order for me to grow beyond my habits, especially ones I dislike, I feel I need to see, be and do things differently. And when I feel really uncomfortable, I know I’m on the right track!
