I still bring my phone to the bathroom, but I've always been too socially awkward for social media, so no endlessly refreshing Twitter for me. For years, I used to play video games on the loo, but a couple of years ago I started using Duolingo instead of playing games on my phone. A quick language lesson is usually about the right length for a visit, and a lot more productive than video games or Twitter.
