Ha! Two thumbs up. Even though I’m not currently having peeing problems (for now at least, knock on wood) I still really enjoyed reading this. I always love when an author takes a heavy/traumatic personal topic and writes through it with a certain lightness, even humor. That too seems like part of the healing process.
Mind-body connection is everything. I love thinking about breath as a legit healing tool (better than drugs!) because, duh, of course it is.
