Perhaps one of the positives of a pandemic could be that we begin to take better care of ourselves and the planet. Instead of counting on a vaccine, start making yourself stronger and more resilient in body, mind and spirit. I agree with the experts, viruses will become endemic and a way of life. We all must change.
