This is pathetic! There's a bar called Rosewood on Sand Hill Road that I went to when I was visiting several VC firms last spring, and I definitely noticed the disproportionate number of beautiful women there. At the time, I just thought they were arm candy for old rich VC guys, but now I wonder if they were being paid by the bar...
So happy to read that (at least some) agencies take measures to protect their models.
Yeah this is just sad. Though as bad as these parties with the models may be, I'd rather get hit by a bus than have to spend a night socializing with Vox employees on a maximum of two drinks.
