All these years later this remains KW’s masterpiece, imho.
I will never forget the first time experiencing this incredible album on a stellar car system cranked to the 9s with (at the time) the co-CEO of Meow Wolf on a roller coaster trip to beat all coaster trips: Holiday World. We had the rare opportunity to ride the planet’s best wooden coaster, The Voyage, without brakes…and it goes out into nature without any lights: dark as fuck. The stars were out and glorious. Felt like we were flying in the night sky in all that darkness below so fast.
