Bravo! I can’t wait to see this! I think almost anyone standing naked in front of the mirror finds it terrifying. We are so used to looking for what’s wrong, never what’s awesome. Gratitude is the portal to walk through to an entirely different reframing. Especially of an aging body. Everyday, I am just so grateful to be alive, to be able to move, to have my mind and spirit so awake and ready for the next adventure. Thank you is my mantra.
