Religion seems more about accepting someone else’s perspective whereas spirituality is based on the laws of nature and is personally experienced and felt. There’s no dogma, rules or fear and yet it is much bigger than the personal “I.” Just a walk in nature can do a person so much good. It’s energy, vibrations and connections. It’s free, it’s everywhere and there’s no exclusion. Nature heals.
The title of this article caught my eye. This is an interesting piece that explains some of the data on the relationship between wellness and spirituality. It doesn't surprise me that many people, especially in times of distress, look for something to turn to that's bigger than themselves.
