Between being told we have the same amount of hours in the day as Beyoncé and the barrage of memes that claim we should be starting a business, healing traumas, and completing 50-leven projects, there is a pressure to perform at the highest level possible.
It pains me that burn outs are so common now. I have friends who have to take digital detoxes, or turn of their phone for a week, just to cope. That pace is not sustainable, no way.
