All Excellent Bullet Points Here. Great to be Aware of behaviors in our own self, as well.

Sometimes these lists feel they could be dangerous diagnoses in the minds of masses because the masses have a tendency to take this info whilst latching onto as a concrete definition for someone without letting go of who the individual can be, IS, will be.

In this age of lists and dissections which plague social media outlets (recalling these all over FB) which can lead us down unhealthy paths of labeling or stamping individuals as such it is important to balance all of this with mindful acknowledgement whilst allowing movement for change, evolution and second chances (this lesson is the One that Extends Powerfully from The Last Airbender series). The notion that our internal being is transient and not set to a particular setting for life.

I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate this article was. Knowing a few narcissists, it’s spot on. My advice, remove them like a surgeon cutting out the dis-ease that they spread. Toxic and truly bad for your health.
