Very sad and difficult situation for the parents and children. Parents have to model appropriate screen time to their kids and do their best to safeguard their kids from the addiction of screens.
In deciding whether or not to have kids back in 2008, this was one of the many factors that went into it. I could see there was going to be a massive, uncontrolled, clinical trial in kids’ development with Smartphone and Internet technology.

This is all so overwhelmingly sad. I feel for the parents and kids - a really really difficult problem.
