I’m a fan of Wim Hoff, the iceman, so inspirational! I do the cold shower exposure since it’s easy and consistent. I found the same is true for the heat. When I was taking hot yoga for several years, my tolerance for the summer really increased. The body is truly amazing.
Good stuff! I have experienced a very cold living situation this winter. Hopefully my bod is developing strength with endurance. I have incorporated the shower suggestion and am going to work on incrementally increasing the time.
