This was way more interesting than I expected especially since I rarely watch a movie or anything but sports and news on TV. I’ve noticed the desaturation more in decor, especially faux oriental type rugs where the color is way more muted. Winters where I live out in the mountains of western Maryland are mostly grey days with little sun so we have a natural seasonal desaturation and I’ve come to love all the neutrals in any palette. Fascinating how one idea brings on so many others.
Really interesting. Desaturation is not something I was aware of at all. Of course I will pay closer attention moving forward.
