      I don’t understand why we spend billions to develop chemical stuff that we put in our system and cause all sorts of damage (aka side effects) when we know all this about sound healing already...

        I agree! Perhaps some are skeptical about healing modalities that are natural and free. Like, how can that ever be affective? The good news is that anyone can just try it for themselves and see if it works. And, like you said, with no side affects. I also think from a young age we are told only “doctors” can heal us. And yet the body is the best healer of all - always working to maintain homeostasis.

          Yes! The “only doctors can heal us” programming is probably one of the biggest factors here.

      A very exciting healing modality in contrast to some of the treatments today which will be considered barbaric in the future.

      I’ve experienced this with singing crystal bowl meditation classes. It’s absolutely glorious, other worldly. Totally convinced me of it’s healing ability. Love this line: “Before we make music, music makes us.”
