Tragic. These guys should be tried for murder. I'm a supporter of reasonable gun rights, which is why when those rights are abused the abusers should be swiftly prosecuted and punished.

Side note. The fact that the guy driving the action was a former cop may mean this is less a racial thing than a cop superiority thing. Possible. Of course, the one doesn't rule out the other.
