      Really enjoyed this article! I found the research on Japanese bakery consumer preferences to be just as interesting as the technology that was developed to meet the customers' demands. Very cool stuff all around.

      As a computer vision engineer, I like this story as it uses a usecase example to give a good explanation of what deep learning is doing to the industry, without going too much into the technicalities.
