Legit read. Every three months or so has been a rollercoaster internally. I have gone from what I have labeled “psychosis September” to a fall that was full of lucid awakening and meditative focus and renewed relationship excitement and the pendulum has been swinging into a numb, depressive, apathetic state for about three to four weeks now. Having trouble motivating for yoga or meditation or any sort of routine. I have my foot out the door of where I live because I am over being here and need a new living space yet each place I see an ad for gets rented quicker than I can view it. I have not had consistent work since Sept 2020 (the month of my psychosis - so thankful my housemate has been here as a therapeutic guide through that).
This adventure is A Lot. I am in a town where I don’t feel nearly as restricted as urban areas however, the impact of the shift overall continues to be deeply felt here.
