Pretty much never! Same with going for a walk. I always try to remind myself of that every single day so that whenever I have an inclination to read an article or go for a walk I just do it rather than overthink it or make some excuse not to. Doesn't always make it easy though.
Loved this! I agree that making time for oneself is paramount, a MUST, especially women, who tend to put themselves last. We need to replenish the well - ness.
