      Is this just one man’s opinion or based on any scientific research?

      The power of positive and negative self talk is incredible and I’d argue most people don’t ever pick up on that. I’m aware of it and yet still fall into traps of negative self talk over and over. This then makes me think about what “free will” really means. And this is how I get lost in a spiral of “meaning of life” type thoughts.
