      “Right now, people are dealing with two major crises: the COVID-19 virus and the uprising against systemic racism.” I have been dragging myself around for months now, despite exercising, eating healthfully and having purpose in my work. I also have to add personal family crises to the mix, such as sickness and my aunt, who is a dear, close friend, being in hospice. I am grateful for this perspective, as there is an underlying sense of grieving for all the losses that are taking place. I feel this pain is necessary for the awakening process that is happening. We need to change.

      When we adopt a strict schedule of when we work, eat, sleep, train, and "chill," our bodies latch on to this schedule and you often will physiologically and psychologically feel a strong energetic desire to do that activity.
