Interesting article. I can’t think of a reason I’d want any kind of revenge.

This Really jumps around a lot. Interesting paragraph and sectional shifts none-the-less.

The opening brought to mind (as well as the later mention of the father’s first job with a big dog) the prolific Classic songwriting of Ohio Legendary Duo/Married Couple: Over The Rhine. If you are not familiar dive into their plethora of Genius Discography. The opening specifically queues Its Never Quite What It Seems off of the Perfect 10: Good Dog Bad Dog.

The second opening about how social media followers mean nothing. I learned this during MySpace days when after garnering 10,000 plus followers as Derringer’s Music Guide I became overwhelmed and exhausted in maintaining the page and the communication with followers. It all became a beast and bear and nothing all at once.

Great Lines regarding bears here. I had no idea:

This is supposed to startle the bear because human singing is not something it’s used to. I don’t know for how long you are supposed to sing to save (read: prolong) your life but my best assumption is if the bear doesn’t like your performance, you are going to be its dinner.

Good Read even though I felt it a bit scattered and vague in focus with the headline. More abstract I suppose.

Kinda feels like a first or rough draft which is neither right nor wrong. I honor unfiltered drafts as well as polished ones.

Marriage is fun for those who can make their spouse laugh. Otherwise, it’s quite a drag. You are basically in an institution where you are constantly yo-yo-ing between the concept of in-love and in-law. There are several books on how to lead a happy married life but none of them cover your story. Why? Because every story is unique just like every marriage is unique and every human is unique. To put it artistically, it’s your canvas to splash colour at. I am not an expert in this subject but I think there is one secret weapon that can make it worth your while: a good sense of humour, particularly when tragedy strikes. A lot of married folks, especially from the younger generation, forget to find reasons to laugh together. As a result, they end up being in marriage with each other instead of being in love with each other.

Revenge is best served when you are genuinely happier than your enemies.
