I'm wondering where he got the term "Sociopaths" for the top layer. Did that come from Whyte? I don't remember that.
This is an interesting and fun set up. Using this framework I can see where in past jobs I've been both a Loser, a Clueless, and a SocioPath.
I really need to watch The Office for this to snap cleanly in place for me. I have no idea who Whyte is lol.
Truly an upgrade to the Peter and Dilbert principles. Also easy for you to place yourself in your organization using this framework.
