Sometimes when I have a dessert craving after dinner, I’ll quickly floss and brush my teeth. Bingo, the craving is gone!
I find I have strong cravings when I have had little sleep - there’s a definite link. And strangely, I crave protein - usually eggs. And the reason I get little sleep sometimes is because I had 2 other things I crave at dinner - a Beefeater tonic and coffee.
