      All successful founders with net worth in the billions are ruthless - that's what politicians are referring to. But without determination and a high ruthlessness-factor you cannot build successful and impactful businesses. So in the end it all comes down to political correctness and manipulating media narratives which shine negative lights on billionaires.

      In the end it all comes down to "authenticity".

      Mundane as it sounds, that's the most powerful motivator of all, not just in startups, but in most ambitious undertakings: to be genuinely interested in what you're building. This is what really drives billionaires, or at least the ones who become billionaires from starting companies. The company is their project.
