Wow. A friend of mine who just reached out to me after a looong time accidentally sent me a text with some psychedelic authors: Alan Watts; being one. So I googled him for latest news.
This is a Fascinating little read with education on the history of Druid Heights.
Also Sad because...after reading this...my Inner Voice is joining in ~ Save Druid Heights Indeed! (Sad that the organization is only on Facebook; they need to shift their online locale).
Several aspects of this read Light Up for me: Alan Watts former home is named Mandala House and is still rented out! My gawd, wanna go!

I couldn’t help but Imagine how cool it would be for there to exist really Magical Architectural ReadUp hubs in the future. I Imagine rescuing something as creative as Druid Heights would fuse rather naturally with ReadUp aesthetics. Those were odd, wacky pinball thoughts bouncing about whilst reading.
The image of the decay is so Heartbreaking.
