I work in the social enterprise/nonprofit sector and have been bothered by this for a while. Really appreciated this perspective, and the privilege/power check. Talking about diversity means nothing. We must do better, and give POC the avenues to implement their ideas, create needed programs, succeed in leadership positions, and generally be respected and rewarded for their perspectives/ideas/expertise.
