What I like about Russ Roberts is that he doesn't assume that because the data isn't saying what your concluding that it does say what he wants.

As he argues elsewhere, if income is rising but younger generations hold less wealth then there probably are real problems that need attention around the cost of education/housing etc. But focusing on increasing income gains wont solve those challenges.
