      Interesting, my son told me about this years ago while hiking in the woods. He called it forest bathing. Anything that gets us outside in the sun and as close to nature as possible (naked) can’t be bad for you. I believe there can actually be some benefits, another routine in my morning self care.., maybe.

      This reminds me of the trend of bleaching your butt hole - fascinating! What I see here as a positive is the bare skin contact with the earth, known also as grounding or earthing. I do believe in the power of that practice as far as absorbing the earth’s energy and it’s healing affects. Weather permitting, I am bare foot and walking in the grass while doing my morning tapping routine - it feels incredible.
