This!!!! This is exactly what I’ve been wanting - an “address book” of sorts for all of my friends and connections. He give good ideas for things to add for reference in different situations. I have been toying with whether I want a physical version which is what I originally wanted or an online version like he is talking about which would probably be more convenient. I think something like this could be so useful and the fact most of us haven’t done it yet is really the only reason we all still have Facebook right? Just to keep track of birthdays (something not mentioned in the article but I would add to my categories), what our friends are up to in life right now, etc. It would force you to actually talk to them about all of these topics rather than just looking them up, but this could be a way to help sort out the people you actually care enough about to know that info.

      Incredibly useful blog.

Especially for those working as a freelancer, which can admittedly be isolating at times. However, we can adopt a system which helps us stay in-touch with others; and not miss out on some really valuable friendships.

This involves way more effort than simply 'liking' someones post on Social media; it actually entails true human connection. So I will absolutely apply what I learned from this article.
