I once read this line - “Your body is not something that needs to be fixed, it needs to be discovered.” I discovered my body after getting seriously sick and taken out of my life. Initially I “fought the illness” and treated my body like she failed me. It wasn’t until I began a dialogue with her, asking questions and working “with” her, that things changed. My body is a messenger, giving me constant feedback as to how in or out of alignment I am with my Higher Self. My body is brilliant, my best teacher, my best friend. Now I listen deeply.
