To Bee protective gear or not Bee protective gear…that is the question…
Reminds me of the beautiful scene in the film, Leave No Trace, where the woman is teaching the daughter (one of two main characters -father and daughter -don’t want to give away spoilers as I love this film. Similar to Nomadland in its creation and improv/real character vibe) about hives and I am pretty sure I recall the woman talking of gaining the Trust of the Hive and once One does protective gear is not necessarily needed. I hope I am remembering the scene correctly. I recall being moved by it and loved the film. I’d rank it higher than Nomadland, personally…although I may have enjoyed Nomadland even more than I did if I had seen it earlier before all the buzz and acclaim. I enjoyed it; just felt slightly underwhelmed by likely too high expectations.
