      I agree with whatever is written in the article. The most noticeable fact is prioritizing what's important & what's not can help to reduce the stress to a greater extent. Case studies also mentioned the same, how much stress you feel is directly correlated to the importance of the activity. What we can do is prioritize the most important thing at the moment. Also quickly assessing situations, classifying them into important and non-important, and responding accordingly result in the same.
