My very first job while in high school was working part time at an office. It’s where I learned to drink coffee and run a mimeograph machine which is now obsolete. It was a lot of fun but perhaps only because it was temporary. For most of my adult life I was self employed.

Having been self-employed my entire career, I never realized how many complex personalities there are in the workplace.
