I've been following this topic for a while. I'm still shocked each time when I read just how far QAnon has come. And even more so, how hard it will be for society to somehow recover from this.

He urges more investment in mental health as one way of dealing with QAnon, but he’s one of several experts who recognize that’s just one part of the battle. A lot of QAnon supporters “feel like they’ve been let down by institutions, and they don’t understand what’s going on behind the scenes,” he says.

The world's most successful Internet troll, maybe the first who will make it into history book. I must admit; I'm impressed with how long they've kept going. I wonder if we'll ever know their identity.

QAnon-sympathetic Republican candidates may be on the ballot for the Senate and the House in November, including Lauren Boebert in Colorado, Jo Rae Perkins in Oregon, and Marjorie Taylor Greene in Georgia

Part of me wants one or more of these candidates to win. If Trump loses his re-election, the Republican party is going to pretend he never existed, and that's going to be a lot harder if they have one or more loud-mouthed pro-Trump conspiracy theorists representing their districts.

digital guerilla warfare. Twitter is the battlefield.

I sometimes call it the digital zombie apocalypse, because it feels like this virus that has been spreading to people’s minds through the internet.

I've come across more and more QAnon articles over the past month or so, and it is quite troubling to see that this is occurring. Especially, as all of our lives continually are shaped more and more by what content we engage with online. The really freaky part, is that nonsense conspiracies are truly damaging crucial relationships whether it may be friends/families/colleagues.. as there is no grounding of truth between what is being discussed.

Misinformation, 'digital guerilla warfare' as well as the fact that our social platforms have become informational battlefields is such an interesting thing to try & understand.
