Hell yeah, Aleph! Great to meet you!

Are you on top of your KPIs? I need to bug my co-founder, pronto, for help settling on ONE freaking number! 🤓

I love hearing that you might be a customer. Amazing! Tell your friends to sign up on this Typeform (https://arjecoffee.typeform.com/to/yUYZt5) and they will get notified when we arrive to their countries. We will be in the US in the next 3 to 6 months.

Regarding our KPI's, we kinda are on top. The thing (MRR) is not going up as we want to. The good news is I'll start working on Arjé full-time next week. I'll work very hard to reach out to past customers who just bought one box and invite them to subscribe. Regarding your users, I believe daily active readers is the right metric to focus on. The next one could be measuring which of the functionalities is people using the most. Personally I am trying to comment on articles I know I can post something cool/useful. Maybe other people are not commenting, but instead reading a lot of articles. Some might just be using the product to find good reading material. You should understand how we are using the product and use that to guide you in your road ahead.

I discovered Readup thanks to Product Hunt podcast yesterday and have already recommended it to 3 different people. If you ever decide to charge for the product or share a support link, I'll happily give you money for you to continue the development of the platform :)

Arje coffee looks delicious! I know some coffee lovers who might be interested.

Anyway, I drink Maxwell House from Walmart. Not proud of it. Even less proud that I frequently buy 4 dollar cups from a fancy shop down the street. 💁🏻‍♂️

When I settle down, I’ll subscribe for sure!
