I don't see the Linux and macOS versions of Edge in the Browser Extension Native Messaging diagram. There probably aren't a lot of Readup users using Edge on Linux or macOS, but ... does it work?
Wow, good catch! I wasn't even aware that Edge was available on non-Windows systems. Indeed, macOS and Linux specs are included in the docs but I simply missed it. Readup will not work with Edge on either OS until I add those additional manifest file locations. Should be an easy fix though!
Here in Readup, I like to subject myself to articles that I know nothing about just to glean the mere scope of difficult subjects - not to understand them but to appreciate their complexity. This reminds me of my mother’s stenography pads that were filled with a code called short hand. I absolutely loved the shapes of those figures. They were beautiful, as are the diagrams showing the structure of Readup. All this incredible infrastructure that allows me to participate in a community I have come to value deeply.
