This certainly resonates with me. My husband and I start each morning sitting on our balcony overlooking the river. As the darkness gives way to that early morning blue and the air is filled with birdsong, we are reminded how fortunate we are to have another day. The sky is always amazing - various shades of color, the clouds diverse shapes and density. We are always awestruck. Nature calms, heals any anxiety.
