I am never disappointed when reading anything by Jay, whose writing is certainly elevating. Audacious ambition - striving to be someone who elevates everyone and everything they come in contact with - is certainly accessible when viewed from an energy perspective. It’s about our own personal vibration, since we are vibrating energy beings. Choosing to cultivate our inner world through various methods, such as meditation, qigong, deep breathing, silently walking in nature etc..., we are able to raise our vibration to that of love, kindness, compassion etc... It’s a skill we all have the ability to discover and nurture. This has been scientifically studied, measured and proven. I think we all know individuals in our own lives who elevate and those that tend to suck the life out of you. They were termed “energy vampires” back in the 70’s. It takes awareness, time and consistency to develop but if we each do our part, this world would change. One person at a time. The next revolution could be Love.
Always important to take a step back and realize the insane situation that is life, nothing is guaranteed and nothing has purpose except for what we give it. Especially in these trying times it’s so important to focus our minds and energy on what can build us and those around us towards a better sense of true self awareness
