Be authentic and keep your mouth shut unless someone asks! Living one’s truth takes introspection, dedication and mindfulness. Small steps done consistently over time becomes habit. If you are uncomfortable at first, you are heading in the right direction! Change is not only possible, it’s essential moving forward.
