I went from thinking G.P. is an insane, Hollywood crazy woman with too much time and money to thinking she might be on to something. The idea of pushing warm oil with a jade roller over my skin was rather enticing. Great writing and I have been at many workshops like this and I think she's right on. It's hard not to get on the pink cloud on different ways of treating our body and mind but fads fade quickly in the real world. I do, however, think self care and meditation can do wonders.
