I could feel this poem. “As I pull back the sheets, ease into bed...” Of course it’s a nightly ritual but one I never take for granted. I have a bedroom, it’s my sanctuary and I feel so blessed. That’s how I fall asleep - in deep gratitude. This keeps me aware and mindful - give when and where you can. Your time, kindness, compassion, donations.
