I can remember when air travel was glamorous and sophisticated. People dressed up to travel, but then again, they also wore suits and hats to the baseball games. Dressing up was a part of the experience, of noting that what you were doing was special. I still feel that way when going out to dinner or even a movie. It’s all an event to be celebrated.
