Beyond perfect. Writing like this adds color and meaning and texture to life. A tearjerker. But full of deep, profound learnings. And, somehow, hope.

The prime ministers phone number and address is in the phone book.....very folksy, but for some reason I did not feel this journey would serve me. The writer was so emotionally rung out, The Emerson quotes were stinging. Good choice for AOTD.

This writer sounded SO remote from whatever she was experiencing. Her very remoteness spoke hauntingly of the effect of her son’s suicide. I got no idea of him either. Disturbing and powerful.

Love this ... makes me want to travel to remote unknown spots and just be...with no agenda. I also feel grateful that I get to live on an island surrounded by water to see the sunrise and set on the horizon and ride my bike everywhere I need to go. Contentment seems to be within my reach.

Upvote. Gratitude and contentment are definitely related.
