For most of us, we've relied heavily on analogies to understand our world so working with first principles thinking moving forward will be daunting. But I believe the rewards far exceed whatever time and effort will be spent rewiring our thinking process.
This is a hilarious take on JDs describing senior marketing roles and, on the expectations recruiters have when filling marketing positions. I think every career faces this same problem, where recruiters have the wrong idea about what's important when hiring someone for certain jobs. I definitely don't think it's a problem unique to marketing.
